CRYOTHERAPY
Thanks to the CHELT device, which emits dry cold air at -40°C with vobulated thermal control, you can offer therapies with anti-inflammatory, biostimulating and analgesic action, thus expanding the range of services and achieving a better return on investment.

THERMOTHERAPY
By emitting hot dry air at a temperature adjustable between 35 and 55°C, the CHELT device allows in-depth treatments with intense vasodilation, while controlling tissue temperature. In this way, it promotes improved muscle relaxation and joint mobility, regenerates tissue and reduces pain.

THERMAL SHOCK
The CHELT device generates thermal shocks of up to 95°C in less than a second with thermal tissue control: the resulting vascular gymnastics generated by the synergy of cryotherapy and dry air thermotherapy accelerates healing, reduces pain and improves anti-inflammatory action.

THEAL-CRIO SYNERGY
Thanks to the CHELT device, which emits dry cold air at -40°C with vobulated thermal control, you can offer therapies with anti-inflammatory, biostimulating and analgesic action, thus expanding the range of services and achieving a better return on investment.
THEAL LASER THERAPY
The CHELT device adds to the already rich therapeutic potential of THEAL Therapy’s adaptive phototherapy new features to offer your customers an even wider and more diversified range of therapies.
Up to 8 wavelengths for maximum flexibility
High-intensity laser emission allows 4, 6 and 8 wavelengths to be combined and adjusted, and different emission modes to be combined to achieve the best therapeutic effect. By using the different wavelengths in the most suitable combination, it is possible to achieve the perfect mix for a given pathology and a given patient. The table shows the wavelengths that can be used and the relative characteristics of each.
450 nm
Excellent absorption by haemoglobin and melanin (much better than IR).
It has an excellent bactericidal effect and is ideal for dental, surgical and vascular applications.
650 nm
Absorbed mainly by melanin, with excellent surface energy exchange. Inhibits bacterial proliferation and promotes cell growth, causing wounds, sores and ulcers to heal quickly.
780 nm
It activates the haemoglobin oxidative process, accelerating ATP production.
Scientific research testifies to its effectiveness in regenerating nerve tissue.
810 nm
Activates the haemoglobin oxidative process, accelerating ATP production.
The correct energy supply promotes regeneration of muscle and tendon tissue.
905 nm
Absorbed by the main chromophores, this wavelength increases the amount of oxygen available to cells, thus supporting natural healing processes.
980 nm
Absorbed mainly by water, it optimises action on thermo- and mechanoreceptors.
With the E²C mode, it interacts well with the peripheral nervous system for a rapid analgesic effect, thanks also to Gate Control.
1064 nm
Highly directional, it channels the right dose of energy onto the noxa, with excellent synergy between antalgic effect and control of inflammatory processes, as well as deep activation of metabolic processes.
1210 nm
Absorbed well by water, converting the energy transmitted by laser therapy into heat.
Creates thermal gradients at tissue level, stimulating microcirculation and cell oxygenation.

The CHELT device takes advantage of THEAL Therapy’s extensive power range, which extends the application possibilities of phototherapy by combining low-energy laser therapy (LLLT) and high-intensity laser therapy.
In addition to using the different wavelengths in a flexible and customised manner, the operator can vary the emission power, thus treating different pathologies with the most suitable applicators and transferring the energy to the tissues more quickly and effectively.
Predefined and customised emission modes
Choosing the emission mode from the 16 already configured is as easy as pressing a button.
They range from constant CW delivery, to the three pulsed modes, the two customised modes pulsed and superpulsed, the burst trains of high-intensity pulses, the single pulse, and the anti-inflammatory mode.
The E²C mode, Mecmedix’s exclusive patent characterised by a series of pulses of variable power, duration and frequency, ideal for generating a rapid analgesic effect while limiting the thermal effects on tissues and the PBM, a stochastic emission mode designed to maximise photobiomodulation while respecting emission times and dark periods highlighted in numerous scientific studies, deserve special mention.

State-of-the-art handpieces
The CHELT device offers the operator two dedicated handpieces: the first for THEAL laser therapy and the second for cryotherapy, thermotherapy and thermal shock. Both handpieces can be used for THEAL-CRIO treatments.
Air Blade Handpiece​​​​
Equipped with integrated thermal control, this second handpiece makes use of wireless technology, thus avoiding the presence of cables inside the handpiece.
The integrated anti-twist system allows the operator to work in total comfort without straining the wrist.
The AIR Blade handpiece also has its own applicators.
Light Blade Handpiece
Ultra-compact, lightweight and ergonomic, it boasts innovative magnetic technology and is equipped with 14 auto-recognition applicators, 4 of which have thermal control.
The finger switch enables the activation and deactivation of laser emission, while feedback for the operator is provided by polychromatic LEDs.
