ILux Plus Therapy
The result of more than 40 years of technological know-how, iLux PLUS is the new landmark in laser therapy. Thanks to the wide range of possible configurations and the fact that you can easily customise your therapy with the many tools at your disposal, iLux PLUS is your best partner to quickly and effectively treat a huge number of pathologies.
Up to 4 wavelengths
Like the other Mecmedix devices with the most advanced performances, iLux Plus uses different wavelengths or combinations of them, depending on the chosen therapy and the patient’s characteristics. The wavelengths, which can be activated, deactivated or combined, are four:
650 nm
It enables rapid activation of the haemoglobin oxidative process, accelerating ATP production. By transferring the right amount of energy to muscles and tendons, it promotes their tissue regeneration.
810 nm
It increases ATP production by activating the oxidative process of haemoglobin. The correct energy supply promotes regeneration of muscle and tendon tissue.
980 nm
Absorbed mainly by water, it optimises action on thermo- and mechanoreceptors. With the E²C mode, it interacts well with the peripheral nervous system for a rapid analgesic effect, thanks also to the Gate Control.
1064 nm
Highly directionable, it delivers the right dose of energy on the noxa, with excellent synergy between antalgic effect and the control of inflammatory processes, as well as deep activation of metabolic processes.
The number of wavelengths varies depending on the device model: there are models with one wavelength (650 nm or 1064 nm), with two (810 nm + 980 nm or 810 nm + 1064 nm) and models with three (810 nm + 980 nm + 1064 nm).
Up to 30 W of average power
Since many of the pathologies that affect the musculoskeletal system are located deep inside, laser therapy, to be successful, must be able to penetrate as much tissue as possible. One of the advantages of MHEL Therapy is exactly that it goes beyond the superficial layers, reaching the origin of the pathology, thanks to two properties of the laser: wavelength and power. For the same wavelength used, the higher the power, the more energy is transmitted to the tissue lesion. iLux PLUS can achieve up to 30 W average power, with 60 W peak power.

E²C MODE

PBM MODE
The latest innovation in photobiomodulation
PBM is an innovative stochastic emission mode designed to achieve maximum photobiomodulation, respecting emission times and dark periods highlighted in numerous scientific studies.
ScanX Mode
The practical ScanX module allows you to perform MHEAL Therapy treatments in automatic mode, i.e. without operator intervention, while maintaining a high level of safety and guaranteeing the best therapeutic performance.

A special pivot arm allows orthogonal treatments, much more powerful than those of scanning lasers, by means of two conical applicators with magnetic attachment, while the patient can interrupt the therapy at any time thanks to the practical safety button.
